The hotel, located near the lake, provides excellent views of Mount Fuji. the friendly staff is very accommodating and speaks limited English. the rooms are spacious and offer sitting areas with chairs and functional heating in the bathrooms. the onsen facilities are available , and massage chairs, billiards, and Manga are additional entertainment options. We recommend printing out the map upfront to avoid getting lost.
Some amenities are outdated.

The hotel had a great view of Mount Fuji, and we were close enough to enjoy the stunning sight. The staff was very friendly and provided us with free amenities during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable.
The hotel was difficult to find while driving, and the hot spring did not feel like a true natural hot spring. the breakfast buffet was not as enjoyable as it could have been, as some of the hot items were not kept at the proper temperature.

The hotel provided excellent service, from transportation to and from the nearest bus stop to a private onsen and massage chair. The peaceful and quiet location allowed for relaxation and escape from the busy city life. Despite the language barrier, the staff understood our needs and were able to assist to the best of their ability. The room had a fantastic view of the iconic Mt. Fuji, creating a memorable experience during our stay.
Nothing not too like.

I had a great stay at this hotel with amazing views of Mt. Fuji. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service and even providing transportation to and from the nearest bus stop. The peaceful and quiet location was perfect for relaxation and escapism from busy city life. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a good view of the iconic mountain to wake up to. It was a truly rejuvenating experience.
The hotel could improve on the onsen facilities, although they were still satisfactory.

The hotel had beautiful shoreline views and was located in a quiet and charming area. the breakfast was enjoyable and offered local cuisine.
The common areas were run, down and could use renovations, and the facilities were lacking, such as a small indoor bath and absence of an advertised outdoor onsen. the hotel was also out, of, the, way, making transportation to other parts of the area limited to infrequent buses or long walks.
